Sydney: Sydney Benjamin coordinates a variety of outreach and education efforts for AirGuardian. She studied geography and communications at UCLA and received her master’s degree in Anthropocene Studies from the University of Cambridge in the UK where she wrote her thesis on environmental education. She is also a former classroom teacher and has always been passionate about inspiring youth to learn and care about the world around them. She is currently based in San Diego, CA.

Michelle: Michelle Mendoza leads AirGuardian’s air quality projects and initiatives. She studied public health and environmental science at UC Berkeley, and is currently based in Sacramento, CA
