Kat Gerdts joined the KDSWCD team as Administrative Coordinator in 2023. With a variety of management experience, most recently at a land trust, Kat is excited to be "building things" with the District.

A passionate advocate of sustainability, Kat wants to be sure she makes a positive impact on the planet - her two sons live here after all! At home, Kat is busy tending to a mid-century modern home with a newly installed native plant garden, while her German shepherd / black lab "helps" by digging holes.
